  • Warranty Coverage: If your V1 is still within the warranty period, you are eligible for warranty-covered components and repairs.

  • Out-of-Warranty Support: If your V1 is no longer under warranty but you require components or repairs, we still have stock available and will be able to support all existing customers.

  • If you would like to upgrade your V1 to a V2 variant, we will be able to upgrade your unit for a nominal fee. Please contact our sales department for further information.
